Welcome! InVita Health & Wellness was created by Angelina Giles, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC and Kris Epps-Martinez, APRN, FNP-BC, who are both Family Nurse Practitioners. Both Angelina and Kris firmly believe in the philosophy that all patients deserve to be active participants in their healthcare.

 

You deserve to be listened to so that your health can be fully optimized. One of our healthcare providers will be with you each step along the way. We specialize in therapeutic weight loss, offering GLP-1 medications. We also offer mobile healthcare services including urgent care visits, telehealth visits, sports, camp, and work physicals (Please note that these are CASH pay services only).

 

Primary Care

At InVita Health & Wellness, we provide personalized primary care for every stage of life. Our services include annual wellness and preventive care, sick visits, chronic condition management, medication management, sports, school and work physicals, weight and wellness support, hormone and thyroid health, and telehealth visits. Healthcare that takes the time to listen, understand, and care for the whole person.

 

Therapeutic Weight Loss Options

We do more than just run laboratory studies and order you a medication. We want to be a part of your wellness journey and that starts by looking at the big picture and working closely with you to create your individualized health plan!

 

A preliminary weight loss telehealth or in-person health consultation and laboratory studies are required in order to safely tailor a treatment plan to fit your needs. However, if you have had laboratory studies completed within the past 3 months, additional laboratory studies may not be necessary. Please note, we do require a follow-up health consultation every 90 days, which allows us to safely monitor your progress and adjust your overall treatment plan, as needed.

 

Monthly medication prices range from $300 and up, depending upon what medication/dosage is best for you. Two month supplies are offered in some cases. Hormone/Vitamin Replacement

InVita Health & Wellness offers Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)! We know that optimization of your hormones, vitamins, and thyroid levels are just as important as optimizing any other level within your body.
