our story

InVita Health & Wellness is a nurse practitioner run wellness clinic, which was created by Angelina Giles and Kris Epps-Martinez. Angelina and Kris have known each other for nearly 10 years and combined, have experience in the following areas: solid organ transplant, emergency medicine, travel nursing, hospice care, and family medicine. Angelina and Kris recognized the numerous gaps in healthcare and strive to provide patients with a solution, not a “Band-Aid fix”.

  • Have you ever tried losing weight and been unsuccessful, despite eating healthy and exercising?
  • Have you ever complained of difficulty losing weight or chronic fatigue to your healthcare provider and it seemed like your concerns were falling on deaf ears?
  • Were you told to cut even more calories from your diet, to just keep exercising, to drink more water, or perhaps to sleep more?

Did any of those things help? Well, our goal is for you to be heard and to help you find a solution! We want you to be an active participant in your healthcare and will not just order you medications and leave you on your own. We want to work closely with you in order to create your individualized health plan and will be there every step of the way!
