Laboratory Services at InVita HEALTH & WELLNESS
Lab work helps us care for your whole health. Whether you visit us for primary care, a wellness exam, chronic condition management, hormone or thyroid concerns, or medical weight loss, your provider may recommend testing to better understand your needs and guide your care.
InVita Health & Wellness has a fully functioning, CLIA-waived in-office lab. Lab testing is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Eligible tests can be completed in our office; we can arrange testing through an outside laboratory when needed.
Need Evening or Weekend Hours?
Oakview Lab is another option if you need lab testing outside InVita’s office hours. Ask our team to send your lab orders there before you go.*

(*If choosing to cash pay for your laboratory studies and if you would like to be drawn at the Oakview location, an additional $10 offsite lab draw fee would be applied)
What to bring: You should either bring a paper copy of your lab orders or we will have the orders electronically sent to your preferred lab prior to your arrival. If you will be using your health insurance to run your laboratory studies, please arrive to the lab with your insurance card and a photo ID.
OUTSIDE LAB ORDERS
We also accept lab orders from outside healthcare providers, so you can have your testing completed at InVita Health & Wellness, even if the order was placed elsewhere.
Labs for Medical Weight Loss Patients
Patients beginning medical weight loss treatment need a laboratory review to help us develop a safe, personalized plan. We review a complete blood count (CBC), comprehensive metabolic panel (CMP), thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), lipid panel, hemoglobin A1c, and a fasting insulin level.
If you’ve completed these labs within the past three months, send us the results for review. Your provider will determine whether any additional testing is needed. Please fast for eight hours before this lab panel; water is okay.
WELLNESS LAB PANELS
We offer wellness lab panel options for $105, $130, and $205. Your provider can help you choose the testing that fits your health needs and goals. See the panel details and pricing below for more information. Expanded testing can provide more information, but it is not required for every patient.
