Angelina Giles, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC

Family Nurse Practitioner | Family Medicine

Angelina Giles, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about providing thoughtful, individualized healthcare to patients across the lifespan. She believes that patients are people, not numbers, and that exceptional healthcare begins by taking the time to listen, ask questions, and truly understand each patient’s unique health story.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Angelina earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Creighton University in 2013. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from Clarkson College in 2017 and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Clarkson College in 2021.

Her clinical experience spans newborn and pediatric care, women’s health, adult and geriatric medicine, family medicine, and emergency care. This broad background allows her to approach each patient with a comprehensive perspective rather than focusing on a single symptom or diagnosis.

NOW ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS

Angelina is currently accepting new patients and is also happy to welcome previous patients from her former practice location who would like to continue their care with her.

Approach to Care

Angelina’s philosophy of care centers on looking beyond symptoms to better understand why a patient may not be feeling their best. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach, she considers the whole person, including her patient’s medical history, lifestyle, nutrition status, hormone levels, metabolic health, medications, family history, and other factors that may influence their overall well-being. Her goal is to help uncover potential underlying contributors to health concerns and develop an individualized, evidence-informed plan for each patient.

Just as importantly, Angelina believes that healthcare should not begin only when something is wrong. She is passionate about preventive medicine, early intervention, and helping patients protect and improve their health for the future. Whether you are looking for a new primary care provider, managing a chronic health condition, searching for answers to ongoing health concerns, or simply wanting to stay healthy and feel your best, Angelina looks forward to being your partner in your healthcare journey.

Care Philosophy

Above all, Angelina wants every patient to feel heard, respected, and involved in their care. Appointments should be more than reviewing numbers on a chart or treating a list of symptoms. Instead, appointments should be an opportunity to understand the person behind the symptoms.

BEYOND THE CLINIC

Outside of medicine, Angelina is happily married to her husband, Sean, and together they have six beautiful children. Family is an important part of her life and contributes to the compassion and understanding she brings to caring for individuals and families in her practice.
